And so it begins, we are now entering the second month of the year, February. One month
down and 11 more to go. It seems like each year goes faster and faster. Wasn’t it just yesterday that we had the AIA/CSI trade show? Well the new AIA/CSI Networking & Education event is around the corner. The Revitalization Event is happening on March 6th. Are you signed up to be networking with the architectural/ design community. Are you signed up to be educated by some wonderful speakers that are moving and shaking the Louisville Community. Check out the website: http://www.cvent.com/events/2018-aia-csi-revitalization-trade-fair

Are you wondering who should attend?

PRINCIPALS This starts and ends with YOU. One of the BEST ways to manage loss prevention and control is stay up to date with the industry and foster good product rep relationships. YOU can do this by attending and allowing your EMPLOYEES to attend.

PROJECT MANAGERS You need help and we know just how to make your life easier - by HELPING. Take advantage of the best experts in the region who will help you GET ‘ER DONE.

INTERNS AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS ASK for time off to go to the show. This is one of single best ways for  you to professionally develop and learn how to DO IT RIGHT the first time.

We are looking for Board Members that want to make an impact with CSI. What a wonderful opportunity to get involved professionally. CSI is a must for any professional involved in designing, supplying, building, negotiating, planning, con-tracting or any other function in the construction-building industry. We have moved the cheese this year, come help us move the cheese even further. Please reach out to me so we can explore this opportunity further.

Our next meeting will be Thursday, February 6th at The Hub at 4:00pm. This will be our membership drive, bring a pro-fessional that might be interested in CSI. We will be offering one emerging membership for a year. Come put your name in the bowl and see what we are all about.

Just a gentle reminder that we will be collecting for Wayside Christian Mission in the month of February and March. Look for the box at each meeting. April we plan on serving a meal at the facility. Hope you can help us to support Way-side. (List of items needed further in the newsletter.)
Quote of the month

“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”
